Questions

What's an action credit?

Most agent actions — sending mail, reading the vault, generating a TOTP, creating a calendar event — cost one credit. Inbound email and reads are free. Credits reset monthly and never roll over.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Nothing breaks mid-flight. We notify you as you approach a cap and you can upgrade in a click. Hard caps return a clear, catchable error rather than silently dropping work.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan needs nothing but an email. Add a card when you're ready to move to Developer or above.

How do agent payments work?

On Developer and up, each agent gets a funded USDC wallet on Base and pays x402-priced URLs per call — under spending mandates you set. You're billed for the Mailgent plan; on-chain spend is your wallet balance.
